In a significant step towards embracing modern technological advancements, the Bangladesh Red Crescent Society (BRCS) has unveiled a state-of-the-art Human Resource Management System (HRMS) software, accompanied by mobile applications, under its Digital BRCS initiative. The software, tailored-made to cater to the organization's diverse needs, was inaugurated by the esteemed Chairman of BRCS, MAJOR GENERAL (RTD.) ATM ABDUL WAHAB, at a ceremony held at the society's headquarters. Among other Vice Chairman MD. NUR-UR-RAHMAN, Secretary General KAZI SHOFIQUL AZAM, Deputy Secretary General SULTAN AHMED, Director M. A. Halim, Other Members, Directors, and Senior Officials were present at this ceremony.

The new HRMS software, designed and implemented by the renowned software solution provider Systech Digital Limited, promises to bring cutting-edge technology to the forefront of BRCS's administrative procedures. The solution incorporates modern biometric solutions, providing secure and accurate authentication for employees across the organization's head office, branches, and field operations.

With this cloud-based HRMS, BRCS employees gain access to a comprehensive HRIS (Human Resource Information System), empowering them with a wide array of facilities to manage and track their professional journey. From attendance management and payroll processing to leave tracking and performance evaluations, the system caters to all aspects of HR operations, optimizing efficiency and promoting transparency.
